Caitlynn's Baptism
Caitlynn was baptized on Sunday, April 26th at 11:00am by Pastor Bill at Chew’s United Methodist Church in NJ (Nonna and Grandpop’s church). She was good and almost made it through the entire service without making a peep! She was calm as the water was being put on her head and didn't mind being walked up and down the aisle for all to see! Andrew and Hilary Clement, her Godparents, came up for NC to meet her for the first time and stand up with us during the service. After the service was a lunch-in where everyone got to hold Caitlynn and spend time together. It was a special day filled with the family we love so much!

Trip to Naples, FL
Caitlynn has just returned from a trip to Naples, FL. She went with her Mommy, Popi, and Mimi (Daddy had to work). It was a big trip of "firsts" for her. She got to meet Gigi, Aunt Kathy, and Uncle Paul. I worried and stressed about her first plane ride but, she was a terrific traveler and flier. She slept or ate as the plane was taking off or landing and didn't fuss at all during any of the flights. She went swimming, kayaked with Popi, played on the beach, shopped 5th Avenue, and lounged in a swinging chair. She seemed to really enjoy the warmer weather and sunny days. Of course, she entertained all with her smiles, chatter, and laughter, which everyone quite enjoyed. The trip was a great success and could not have been done without the extra hands and help from Mimi and Popi. We all enjoyed the great hospitality and were glad we could make it down for a visit.

3 Months Old
Caitlynn is now 3 months old and weighs about 13 pounds and is 24 inches long. She has been sleeping through the night for a couple weeks and does 8-10 hour stretches. She eats 4-6 ounces at each feeding. She is wearing 3-6 month clothes and size 2 diapers. She smiles all the time and enjoys "talking" to herself in the mirror and to others (I wonder who she gets that from!). She has also started grabbing for her hanging toys and rattles. She can hold her head up and will tolerate "tummy time" for longer periods of time. We love watching her grow and change and can't wait to see what she'll do next!

Cherry Blossom's
Nonna came down for a visit and we decided to take Caitlynn in to DC to see the Cherry Blossom's. Though it took a while to find a parking spot and we walked around for a long time, it was worth it! The trees were at their peak and were beautiful! Caitlynn was a great sport but napped most of the time. She was awake for some photos!
